The rules of procedure set the rules at Wanderful Life in order to ensure pleasant living conditions for all travelers. A serious or repeated breach may be subject to termination of the reservation (hereinafter the “GTC”) at the request of other travelers or on the initiative of Wanderful Life.

I. SPACE ORGANIZATION
Are considered as common parts:

The kitchen
The laundry room
The living room / the dining room
The courtyard / the terrace / the green spaces
Corridors / stairs
The garbage room
The garden
The coworking space
The outdoor room
The Jacuzzi
The Sauna
The relaxation area

Are considered as private areas: The bedrooms.

II. USE OF SPACES

Travelers must respect the use of each common and private area. Everyone must clean and put away the equipment used. Travelers must take care not to leave personal effects in the common areas. Travelers must ensure that they lock their private space when they are not there. Each of the common areas can be used in equal time by all travelers. Typical household appliances: washing, cooking, air conditioning, electric blankets are not allowed in private spaces without prior agreement from Wanderful Life. In any case, they must not damage the structure, equipment and technical installations of the Building. Failing this, Wanderful Life may require that such equipment or materials be removed. The storage of hazardous and illegal materials is prohibited within the Accommodation. In particular, it is prohibited:

to leave personal belongings permanently in the common areas; Wanderful Life cannot be held responsible for the deterioration or theft of personal objects and property
left in the common areas.
excessive use of light and heating (especially in the bathroom).

Any traveler who does not respect these prohibitions infringes the right of peaceful enjoyment of the places of other travellers.
This one is subject to a warning by Wanderful Life.

III. USE OF EQUIPMENT AND GOODS

Equipment and goods are made available to all Residents on condition that:

That they make good use of it in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use, where applicable;
Do not deteriorate them;
Report any malfunctions to Wanderful Life so that they can be kept in working order;
Do not divert them from their use;
Do not take it personally;
That they use wifi in compliance with applicable regulations, in particular concerning downloading, copyright, image rights and good morals. In the event of non-compliance with the above commitment, the offending user remains fully responsible for all civil, legal and financial consequences that may result, without Wanderful Life being able to be worried.

IV. HOUSEHOLD

In addition to the weekly cleaning of the common and private areas, travelers must ensure the storage and daily maintenance of the private and common spaces and equipment. Travelers must leave their Private Space in good condition.

V. EXTERNAL PERSONS

Guests of Travelers are welcome, provided prior approval from Travelers is obtained. The guests are under the responsibility of the traveler who invited them and the travelers undertake not to harm
to the tranquility of other Residents. Similarly, Residents undertake not to organize festive events that would cause neighborhood disturbances.
The regular occupation of the room by another person must be subject to authorization.
In any case, the number of travelers in the private space is limited to 14.

VI. CONNECTED LOCK

Access to the Customer’s private space is protected by a connected lock. In the event of damage to the lock, the traveler must immediately notify Wanderful Life.
The deterioration of the connected lock system, if it is attributable to the Customer, will be re-invoiced to him at the cost of 200 euros including tax.

VII. DESTRUCTION OF A COMMON EQUIPMENT

Any damage to property, furniture or equipment in common areas, as well as the insurance deductible if applicable, are charged to the traveler responsible for the damage, or to all travelers if no one can be designated as responsible for the degradation. Travelers are thus in solidarity with each other in the occupation of shared spaces. In particular, travelers agree jointly and severally to assume the financial consequences of the deterioration of shared spaces and equipment, in particular observed when travelers leave.

VIII. HYGIENE AND LAYOUT

Travelers maintain the premises in a good state of maintenance and cleanliness.

No modification of the premises is tolerated.

IX. CLOTHING

Each traveler is asked to adopt correct, decent clothing adapted to life in coliving.

X. TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the chalet. The only authorized smoking areas are the terrace, the balconies and the outdoor areas with an ashtray to be emptied once the ashes are cold in the containers of the garbage room. Alcoholic beverages are only tolerated to the extent that no abuse is found. The repetition of incidents related to alcohol abuse is likely to lead to the expulsion of the traveler.

XI. ANIMALS

Pets are allowed.

XII. NATURE OF THE INTERNAL RULES

These rules of procedure are a contractual document. In the event of non-compliance with the duties and obligations set out above, the traveler is liable to the establishment of an eviction procedure from the premises by Wanderful Life. All acts or attitudes that may disturb the tranquility or security of the chalet or harm its good performance are grounds for termination of the Contract.
